Together we will identify your personal eating path and address the emotional dynamics underlying your approach and perceptions to food. You will receive practical skills on how to break the negative cycles of emotional triggers, disordered eating, and guilt to find peace with food. WHAT YOU WILL GET 90 Minute Comprehensive Session We will begin with a 90 minute 1:1 video session discussing your health goals, medical & weight history, eating patterns, and lifestyle. We will assess your current diet looking at ways have nutritional balance in your everyday. We will then examine how your emotions and perceptions of food influence your personal eating path. After our initial meeting, you will be sent a personalized plan including food recommendations, recipes, lifestyle suggestions, and referrals. Check In Sessions Twice per Month We will remain connected as you need. You will learn about your personal eating path and how to use your physical hunger as your guide to overcome binges, overeating, and obsessions with food. We will work on replacing unhelpful thinking and behaviors with mental resilience and bodily awareness . We will continue to work together on gaining a balanced, nourishing, and mindful experience with food. Ongoing Email Support Get my personal attention each step of the way.
