PROFESSIONAL BIO

Kristin Tsorotes was trained in clinical dietetics at the University of Connecticut and received her Master of Public Health at the University of Massachusetts.  She is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist whose work addresses the connection between the mind and body by incorporating nutrition therapy and psychological wellness practices. She is the founder of Kymisala Wellness and creator of the program Nourishing Mind.

* Ten years of experience in clinical dietetics including working in psychiatric and behavioral health with individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, alzheimers dementia, and eating disorders.  

 

* Directed an integrative and functional nutrition program for the wellness resort Canyon Ranch in Lenox, Massachusetts offering nutrition assessments and ongoing coaching to clients, along with providing lectures and workshops on digestive health, the microbiome, brain health, and the Mediterranean diet.
